Leadership Development for Early Childhood Administrators
The program content aligns strongly with Georgia administration workforce knowledge and competency areas related to organizational effectiveness, personnel management and staff development, administrative systems, professional growth, and strategic leadership.
Primary WKC alignment includes: ADM-1, ADM-4, and ADM-9, with additional alignment to ADM-2 and ADM-8.
Training is delivered by a Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning approved trainer. Specific training approval and training-code information should be reflected according to the current approval status of the course.

Is there a final assessment?
Yes. Participants complete a 20-question Final Leadership Competency Assessment and must achieve the required passing score.
